*When will my package arrive?
Your package should arrive about 7 days after it has been mailed; due to the nature of the mail system once it leaves our facility we can not guarantee the exact delivery date.

*What is your cancelation policy?
The Quarterly box is a 1 year commitment and the sub pack you can cancel at any time.

*Do you ship world wide?
No, not at this time. But keep checking back because things are always changing around here.

*Can I give this as a gift?

*Will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping is free for now, but may be added in the future.

*Do you offer refunds, returns, and exchanges?
No, due to the nature of the items in the box being handmade we will only replace/exchange because of a defect.

*When will I be charged for my subscription?
You will be charged the next billing cycle on the same date you purchased your first box/pack. (Example: If you purchase your first pack on 11/8/2024 your next charge date will be 12/8/2024.)
